Delivery & returns

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery areas and charges are shown at checkout.
Minimum order
Every delivery – one-off or subscription – contains at least 3 retail packs. You can mix any flavours.
Delivery charges and times
Delivery charges, any free-delivery threshold and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. [Dispatch days and courier to be confirmed.]
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we'll email you, with tracking where the courier provides it.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
Please contact us within [X] days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.
Returns
As our products are food, we can't accept returns of opened packs. Your statutory rights are not affected. [Return policy for unopened goods to be confirmed.]
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method.
