Question 1

What's in a pack?

Accepted Answer

Each retail pack is a Taiwanese sun-dried noodle kit with noodles plus sauce and seasoning sachets. Every pack in our current range states 3 servings and is ready in 5 minutes.

Question 2

What's the difference between packs and servings?

Accepted Answer

A pack is one retail box. Each pack contains 3 servings, so a box of 3 packs gives you 9 servings.

Question 3

Is there a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

Yes – every delivery needs at least 3 packs. Mix any flavours you like: 3 packs of one flavour or one each of 3 different flavours both count. Any whole number from 3 upwards works, including 4 or 5.

Question 4

Can I mix flavours?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Build Your Box lets you pick any combination of our four kits.

Question 5

Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery areas and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery timescales will be confirmed at launch.

Question 6

Where can I find allergen information?

Accepted Answer

Allergens are emphasised in the ingredients on each product page and on the pack. Please always check the pack before eating. If you have a serious allergy, contact us before ordering.

Question 7

Are the kits vegetarian?

Accepted Answer

Our packs are printed “Suitable for vegetarians”. Please check the individual product page and pack for full details.

Question 8

Can I change my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From your account you'll be able to swap flavours, change quantities (minimum 3 packs per delivery), change frequency, skip, pause, resume or cancel. Changes made at least 3 days before your next payment date apply to that delivery. (Cut-off to be confirmed by Kung Fu Mama.)

Question 9

Do I have to subscribe?

Accepted Answer

No. Subscriptions are entirely optional – a one-off order is always available.
