Subscription terms
Draft for review. This page must be checked and completed by Kung Fu Mama (and its legal adviser) before launch. Items in [brackets] need the merchant's details.
How it works
A subscription is a repeat delivery of the noodle kits you choose, at the frequency you choose (currently every 2, 4, 6 weeks). Every delivery contains at least 3 packs.
Payment
You pay for your first delivery at checkout. We then charge your saved payment method before each following delivery. The amount due each renewal is shown before you subscribe and in your account.
Price changes
We'll give you at least [X] days' notice of any price change before it applies to your subscription.
Changes, skips and pauses
Changes made at least 3 days before your next payment date apply to that delivery. (Cut-off to be confirmed by Kung Fu Mama.) You can swap flavours, change quantities (minimum 3 packs), change frequency, skip, pause or resume from your account.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling before the cut-off stops the next charge.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we'll email you and retry. You can update your card in your account. [Retry schedule to be confirmed.]
Out-of-stock flavours
If a flavour in your subscription is unavailable, we'll contact you before dispatch so you can choose a replacement. We never silently substitute a flavour or send fewer than 3 packs.
